Why pushing yourself harder won't bring your focus back, and what will

It has sound: turn the volume up.
Sound familiar?
Guilt weighs more than distraction
- You read the same sentence three times and still don't know what it said.
- You walk into a room and forget what you came in for.
- You set out to concentrate and your phone wins again.
It isn't a lack of willpower or a character flaw: it's ADHD. And attention, memory and self-control can be trained.
How it works
Three steps. Five minutes.
Measure your starting point
A short initial test shows where your attention, memory and self-control are today. No grades, no judgement.
Train for 5 minutes a day
Exercises that adapt to your performance and to your energy each day. If you miss a day, that's fine: there are no streaks to break.
Notice the change in your daily life
You'll see progress in your life (reading, remembering, finishing what you start) and in clear metrics you can share with your healthcare professional if you wish.

Let's be clear
Nomist isn't for everyone
It isn't for you if…
- You're looking for a game to pass the time: this is training, not entertainment.
- You expect results without putting in 5 minutes almost every day for a few weeks.
- You're looking for a diagnosis or want to replace your doctor or psychologist: Nomist complements them, it doesn't replace them.
- You're looking for something for your son or daughter: Nomist is for adults; for younger children, Sincrolab has its own clinical programme.
It is for you if…
- You were diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, or you recognise yourself in that fog even though no one has put a name to it.
- You want to train your attention without apps that punish you when you miss a day.
- You'd rather have 5 real, clinically grounded minutes than magic 30-day promises.
- You already work with a professional and want to train between sessions.

Frequently asked questions
What people ask us most
How much does Nomist cost?
You start with 7 days free, no card needed. After that, it's €9.99/month or €99/year (two months free). And if you sign up during the beta, you'll keep the founder price.
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis?
No. Nomist is designed for the cognitive profile of adult ADHD, but it works just the same if you've never been diagnosed and simply recognise yourself in the fog, the forgetfulness and the focus that slips away.
How much time do I need to spend on it?
5 minutes a day. Consistency matters more than intensity. And if you miss a day, that's fine: no streaks to break and no guilt to carry.
Which devices does it work on?
iPhone, iPad, Mac (M1 chip or later) and Android. Your progress follows you across all your devices.
Does this replace my doctor or psychologist?
No, and it isn't meant to. Nomist is complementary cognitive training: you can share your progress with your healthcare professional, and if you suspect you have ADHD, the first step is always a clinical assessment.
Who is behind Nomist?
Sincrolab S.L., a Spanish digital therapeutics company with more than a decade of research into cognition: the first Spanish mental health start-up with CE class IIa marking for an ADHD solution, with published clinical trials and Laboratorios Rubió as a partner.
Nomist is a cognitive wellbeing tool and does not replace diagnosis, treatment or advice from a healthcare professional.
